Shipping Policy

At HelaFit, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Below, you'll find our detailed shipping and returns policy to ensure transparency and clarity. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are typically between 2-5 business days, depending on your selected shipping option.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within a 24 hour period once you have made payment for your cart. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight processing delay.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, with costs calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Free Shipping needs to meet the minimum order amount before any discounts or applicable taxes. We offer ground shipping only in the continental U.S.

Standard Shipping:

  • This shipping method is available for $6.95 or free for all orders that have a subtotal for over $59. Allow 1 business day for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping:

  • This shipping method is free for all orders that have a subtotal for over $129. It is also available for $18.95. Allow 1 business day for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery.

Priority Shipping:

  • This shipping method is available for $27.95. Allow 1 business day for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping to countries outside of the USA. However, we will be adding international options shortly. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, and these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

HelaFit is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit by third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service. However, if your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@helafit.com, and we will try to resolve the issue which may mean tracking down your order or sending you another order. These things will be dealt with differently on a per-order basis.

Refund Policy

At HelaFit, we offer a straightforward 60-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, here's what you need to know to initiate a refund or exchange:

Refund Window:

  • You have up to 60 days from the date of your purchase to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To begin the return process, please contact us at customercare@helafit.com. Communication is required before accepting any returns.
  • Please provide your order number, receipt, packing slip, or confirmation email, as it will be necessary to facilitate your return.

Return Conditions:

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition with minimal use. Products that are completely used are not eligible for returns.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order refund amount for returned items.

Handling Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please check the item(s) immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away at customercare@helafit.com, and we’ll rectify the issue promptly.

Specific Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Taste Preferences: While we strive to create supplements with the best possible flavors, taste is subjective. We do not issue refunds based solely on taste. However, if you do not experience the intended health benefits of our products, please contact us at customercare@helafit.com, and we may consider a discretionary refund.
  • Allergic Reactions: Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredients listed on our website to avoid potential allergens. If you need more information or clarification, please consult our customer service before purchasing.
  • Over-Ordering: If you accidentally order more products than intended, please contact our customer support at customercare@helafit.com within 24 hours (before your order ships). We will review your case and correct the issue for you.
  • Incorrect Orders: Please ensure you order the correct item. If you are unsure, reach out to our customer service team for guidance before placing your order. If a wrong item is ordered, contact us immediately to attempt a cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds at our expense.
  • Financial Hardship: Please consider your purchases carefully, as we cannot offer refunds for financial hardship.
