Product Return Conditions:

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition with minimal use. Products that are completely used are not eligible for returns. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order refund amount.

Handling Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect on Arrival: Upon receiving your order, please check the item(s) immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy:

  • Helafit is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit by third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service. If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we may issue a discretionary refund, crediting the original mode of payment.

Specific Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Taste Preferences: While we strive to create supplements with the best possible flavors, taste is subjective. We do not issue refunds based solely on taste. However, if you do not experience the intended health benefits of our products, please contact support@helafit.com, and we may consider a discretionary refund.

  • Over-Ordering: If you accidentally order more products than intended, please contact our customer support at support@helafit.com within 48 hours. We will review your case and determine the best course of action, though returns are generally not accepted.

If a wrong item is ordered, contact us immediately to attempt a cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Note that any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds based solely on flavor are not eligible under this guarantee.

Important: Once a refund is issued under these conditions, repurchase of the same product through our online store is not allowed.
